The Shooting of Spy Film ‘Bourne Legacy’ Starts on Wednesday

The shoot of the much-awaited Hollywood spy film ‘Bourne Legacy’ will start on Wednesday.

The first shooting location of the film will be at San Andres and Remedios Circle in Malate, Manila.

The film will also shoot at the Navotas fishport, EDSA-Taft Rotonda, Ramon Magsaysay Blvd., Rizal Avenue and the Marikina City public market.

Jun Juban, Philippine pointman for the ‘Bourne’ shoot, said the Hollywood film will be shooting in the country for 40 to 45 days and the scenes shot in Manila will run for 20-25 minutes of the film.

The beauty of Palawan will be highlighted in the said film. It was the Filipinos’ hospitality that tipped the scales in bringing the Hollywood movie’s production crew to the Philippines.

They felt very welcome and they knew the history of films made in the Philippines.

‘Bourne Legacy’ is the fourth part of the Hollywood action thriller spy film ‘Bourne’ series and topbilled by Jeremy Renner and Rachel Weisz.

Weisz arrived in Manila on Monday while Renner arrived earlier.
