Charice Pempengco Shares her ‘Beginnings’ on CNN Talk Show

Charice Pempengco, the international singing sensation, shares her stories about her struggles and family on CNN Talk show ‘TAlk Asia.’

During the interview, Charice described their life before as really tough.

Her mom is a single mom and she used to be her vocal coach and she really admires her. She is Charice’s inspiration and she looks up to her a lot. She decides to be a singer because of her.

She helps her mother financially by joining singing contest and that was the only way they could get money because their father left them when she was three years old.

Sometimes when Charice sees some kids with their families. She asks them how does it feel to have a dad. They tell her some great answers and sometimes she wishes her dad is with her.

Charice started her career when a fan posted her videos via You Tube that was noticed by Ellen De Generes, who invited her to sing in her show live. Oprah Winfrey also took notice and got Charice also into her show.

David Foster, the Grammy-winning producer invited Charice to perform on his ‘David Foster and Friends PBS Show’ in Las Vegas.
