Roderick Paulate is probably one of the country’s most unforgettable actors playing mostly gay characters.
Paulate is also known to be one of the most sought after actors.
He started his career as a child actor and received his first best child actor award in 1968 and in 1970, he also received his FAMAS award.
But lately, Roderick is in a ‘not-so-funny’ situation
when he is allegedly charged with malversation of public funds through falsification of public documents.
Paulate, together with other local officials have already a six-month preventive suspension order, because of an allegation that they maintain ‘ghost employees’ in their payrolls.
It’s just sad to see that some of our good actors prefer to leave their booming career in showbiz.
They inter into the world of politics and put themselves into a bad situation.
