The Return of Iggy Arroyo’s Remains is Delayed Until Sunday

The remains of Iggy Arroyo is originally expected to arrive on Friday night but it is delayed until Sunday.

This development came after Representative Gloria Arroyo was given permission by the Pasay Regional Trial Court, to visit the wake of her brother in-law in La Vista on Saturday.

Arroyo’s lawyers have asked the Court that the congresswoman be allowed to stay at La Vista from March 1 to 3 for the wake because of the change of schedule.

Iggy died January 26 after suffering from a heart attack in London. He went there to seek treatment for cirrhosis of the liver.

Representative Arroyo was arraigned on Thursday and pleaded not guilty for a case of electoral sabotage.
