Victor Silayan, the grandson of Vic Silayan and niece of Chat Silayan, is Mother Lily’s newest ‘Regal Baby’.
Jose Mari Victor is his real name, a sophomore student of De La Salle University and a Bench underwear model.
Victor was discovered in the recent Philippine Fashion Week by Neil de Guia.
