Edu Manzano Says He has Had Enough of Politics

People are now curious about celebrities who are planning to cross over to politics because the filing of candidacies for the 2013 elections is October.

Some names have been generating the most noise like Annabelle Rama, Aga Muhlach, Vic Sotto and Richard Gomez.

Meanwhile, actor Edu Manzano is not keen on politics right now because of his failed 2010 vice-presidential bid.

Manzano gave it his best and was very sincere.

He pointed out that he stopped doing movies in 2004 and TV shows in 2007 despite many offers because he wanted to give his 100 percent to public service.

For now, he said he has had enough of politics and he’s not also interested in positions in local government agencies.

He even advises his son Luis Manzano not to enter into politics.

Edu said, there are many other ways to serve, even outside of politics.

This was during the recent press conference for his coming Sunday noontime game show on TV5, ‘Game ’N Go.’
