Broadcast Journalist Angelo Castro Jr. Dies at 67

Angelo Castro Jr., the veteran broadcast journalist died at the St. Luke’s Medical Center after many years of battling lung cancer on Thursday.

Castro was 67 years old.

He is survived by his wife, June Keithley, and son Diego, among other children.

He was an anchor for The World Tonight, the flagship news program of ABS-CBN News Channel and he also anchored several ABS-CBN and ANC news and current events programs for the past 15 years.
