Tiger Woods Ex-wife Tears Down her Mansion to Create their Dream Home for her New Found Love

Tiger Woods ex-wife Elin Nordegren demolished her $12 million home she bought a year ago.

Nordegren bought the beautiful mansion last March for $12.3 million, one year after she received a $100 million divorce settlement from ex-husband and professional golfer, Tiger Woods.

The said mansion, situated in the 17,000-square foot house was built in 1932. It was sporting an in-ground pool and had a newly added elevator and was no longer suiting to her.

It’s maybe because the original property is part of a development that houses the famous Seminole Golf Course.

Some years after her marriage to the man, who cheated on her with multiple women, Nordegren would want a brand-new home, to start afresh with her new love businessman billionaire Jamie Dingman, as well as her two children with Tiger Woods.

The Swedish former model, hired a top-notch architect and even required workers to sign a confidentiality agreement about the details of her planned mansion.

Her old home’s proximity to a world-famous golf course, may also have influenced her decision to scrap the mansion rather than remodel it.

While she waits for the demolition to be over and a new home to be built, Nordegren is reportedly shacking up at a rented mansion inside the gated North Palm Beach community.

Meanwhile, Tiger Woods still lives in the couple’s former home in Orlando while his luxury home on Jupiter Island is being completed.
