Nora Aunor’s ‘Hototay’ is Pulled-out of MMFF

Mother Lily Monteverde, the Regal Films matriarch has decided to pull ‘Hototay’ out of the 2011 Metro Manila Film Festival’s entries.

The entry’s withdrawal is due to its star Nora Aunor’s taping schedule for her miniserye ‘Sa Ngalan Ng Ina’ and due to her ‘health problem.’

But the Superstar is not to be blamed for the postponement of the project, said Monteverde.

Aunor, who is currently shooting for the TV5 miniserye, and was rushed to the hospital on Oct. 4 and was diagnosed with bronchitis.

The project ‘Hototay’ will be pushed through in 2012.
