Actor Joseph Bitangcol is now recuperating and is in stable condition after undergoing a successful operation.
Bitangcol’s left hand has just operated and his doctor has given him good prognosis about his injuries in the face.
Bitangcol and his companions met a vehicular accident, along a curved path on Sumulong Highway.
The group was traveling towards Antipolo City when their vehicle, a maroon Mitsubishi Montero, was sideswiped by a 10-wheeler dump truck.
The driver of the dump truck, Victor Beltran, allegedly said that Bitangcol and company were drunk at the time of the accident.
