The entertainment writer and talk show host Cristy Fermin, will lodge a libel suit against the comedian Chocoleit (Jonathan Aguilar).
The suit comes from defamatory statement from Chocoleit’s posted message on twitter that Cristy is a swindler.
It is clear that the message is a malicious intent and it caused Cristy emotional pain.
Cristy is one of the hosts of TV5’s ‘Paparazzi’.
