Mat Ranillo III has been dragged again into the PDAF controversy.
It involved the alleged mastermind Janet Napoles, Jinggoy Estrada, Bong Revilla and Juan Ponce Enrile.
Ranillo was the one who delivered more than P11 million to a house in Dasmarinas Village in Makati City, according to the former secretary of now Mayor Joseph Estrada, Ruby Tuason.
The house was owned by Justa Tantoco, a member of MARE or the Masa Ang Riwasa ni Erap Foundation which was headed by former senator Loi Ejercito, the wife of Mayor Estrada.
Senator Jinggoy also received about P32 million, the original amount of which was P37.5 million but Jinggoy gave P5.7 million back to Janet for unknown reasons.
Ruby said she is sure about her statements regarding the commissions because she personally delivered the money to the senator’s office or his house in Greenhills, San Juan.
Mat was already pointed as the middleman between Senators Jinggoy and Loi and Janet.
There were 3 disbursement vouchers with Mat’s name which were published by GMA-7’s ’24 Oras.’
These were his commissions from JLN Corporation, which Janet owns.
In some vouchers, Mat apparently received millions as payment for Rebate charges from Senator Jinggoy and payments for commission charges Mat received from Sen. Loi Estrada PDAF-DA 10M.
The documents related to this money were submitted by Mat to the Makati Regional Trial Court in the case filed against him by JLN Corporation because he allegedly did not pay its car loan worth P1 million.
Janet used Ranillo’s links to politicians and other personalities, so she can siphon funds out of their budgets.
After Mat introduced Janet to his politician friends, Janet apparently no longer has contact with the actor again.
